Who Is Tab Trade - Launched March 2026, Here Is the Deal

TabTrade — The Short Version

TabTrade.com went live in March 2026. Online broker registered in Saint Lucia, licensed through the Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The founder is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, an New Zealand-regulated broker.

His background matters. It suggests the leadership has actually done this before. Does not guarantee anything. It is preferable to someone with no brokerage experience.

They launched with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same facilities banks and hedge funds use. The typical new launch focuses on ads and sign-up promos. TabTrade went the other way. Unusual for a new broker.

Market coverage: FX, stock indices, gold, silver, oil, energies, softs, stock CFDs, cryptocurrencies, exchange-traded funds. A wide spread. For a broker that launched in March 2026, that coverage is solid.

What You Trade On

They offer: MetaTrader 5, cTrader by Spotware, and web trading. Both platforms from one account. Most brokers pick one platform. Getting both matters. You are not locked into one.

MetaTrader 5 is what most people know. Full charting, automated trading, tons of scripts and indicators. If you have used MT4 or MT5 previously, it is familiar territory.

cTrader by Spotware is the alternative. Better depth of market. Faster charting. Built-in algo trading. A lot of traders like it better than MT5 after comparing.

Direct FIX connectivity is available for algo traders but is only on the VIP account ($25k minimum). TradingView charting is apparently coming. That should round things out when it arrives.

Accounts and Pricing

Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. Spread starts at 1.0 pips. Commission-free. Simple. Zero deposit requirement. Suits beginners.

Edge account. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 each way. Total cost: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On majors, the raw spread is often a fraction of a pip. So your all-in cost can be under half a pip. That is cheap for a broker with no minimum deposit. Most platforms that have spreads this tight ask for $500 or $1,000 upfront. TabTrade has no minimum.

VIP account. $25,000 minimum. FIX API, execution under 20ms, custom pricing. Not something typical accounts. Ignore this one unless you trade institutionally.

Infrastructure

This is the area where this broker actually does something different. Equinix LD4/LD5. Under 30ms on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. Those are institutional numbers. Most retail brokers run hundreds of milliseconds.

Should you care? If you trade small timeframes, yes. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is catching the move or missing it. If you trade higher timeframes, you probably will not feel it. But the fact that the setup is serious. That signals they are not cutting corners on the tech.

Put together that infrastructure with the Edge account pricing and the total package is strong. Few brokers at this price point offer execution like this.

Regulation

This is the part that matters. The broker is under the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is outside tier-1 jurisdiction. No ASIC. No government-backed safety net. If that is a dealbreaker, look elsewhere. Lots of FCA-regulated options out there.

But. Benjamin Boulter built his career at BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The execution setup is expensive. Fly-by-night platforms do not invest in tier-1 data centre access. That does not make it safe. But inform how you think about it.

What you are accepting: you trade regulatory safety. For that: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, $0 to start, Equinix execution. Whether this deal works comes down to your priorities.

The Bonus

Tab Trade offers a welcome bonus of up to two thousand dollars. Typical sign-up bonus. You put money in, they add bonus funds. Usual conditions attached: trading volume requirements before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Review the fine print before you deposit.
